Well, if I don&#039;t find anything by April 1, I guess I will just change gears, get an apartment, and accept that I won&#039;t be building equity. It isn&#039;t all bad, though, because the apartment&#039;s monthly rent would likely be half the house payment, and the difference would be greater than the principal part of the loan for some time. And if that guy is right, and house prices are at a peak, then I might come out ahead.</description>
