This phrase is prominently placed on the new Comcast bill format.

What the hell is that supposed to mean? Do they want me to drive over there and start making unreasonable demands? Did they mean “from” in place of “at”, and if so, do they feel they’re not doing their best, and are asking for criticism? Is this just another corporate slogan that makes no sense?
