wtf: iTunes license agreement font

I almost didn’t want to install the new version because I thought it was phished or a trojan file of some sort. It showed up as a different font for me (Fillmore) which is a hippy font that is even more difficult to read. Are they just playing to the fact they know people aren’t reading through the License Agreement?
It shows up as complete unreadable garbage on my XP system. Maybe I don’t have the right fonts installed…?
