If you own your building and you can get a return on capital improvement like this, how could you not do it? Go team.
I propose that workplaces enact some sort of policy designating a single day every month as the only day in which employees are allowed to shake the crumbs out of their keyboards (which often includes banging the keyboard against the desk, somewhat distracting).
I miss Tom goes to the Mayor, but I dig the new Awesome Show, too.
